If you are not satisfied with what we have sent to you, you can return the same from the returns tab on our website within 30 days of product delivery. If an item you ordered from Goodwill Town does not meet your expectations, do write to us and we will try and work on it for improving our future services.
We will refund/exchange the product if one of the following conditions is satisfied-
1. If the product is received in damaged condition.
2. In case you received a product which you had not ordered, which mainly happens due to a technical glitch.
3. If the product has quality or color issues.
4. If the product does not fit you correctly. In that case, however, we will be happy to alter the product for you for free, provided that you bear the two way shipping charges.
The only thing required for successful return is that you keep the item concerned with you along with all its packing materials in which you received the delivery.
